If you master these principles, you will much easier learn and apply any technique of value.

09.00: Fighting posture and internal power
10.00: Footwork and shadow fights (smarter combos) as well as target practice
11.00: Creating advantageous positions
Variations of Chi Sau (sticking exercises) and Qinna (standing grappling exercises): work on creating advantageous positions.
12.00: Lunch
14:00: Variations of San Sau - exercises in timing
15.00: Tactical applications with kicks and knees
18.00: Dinner
20.00 - 22.00: Free supervised training (including Q&A)
24.00-07.30: Nighttime
